Role description:

The Sales Development professional will leverage their scientific understanding to drive sales in the nutraceutical industry. The position demands a fusion of technical expertise and sales proficiency to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies for both domestic and export markets.
  • Manage client relationships from initial concept to product delivery.
  • Spearhead market development initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities: 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related sales/marketing role.
  • Educational background in sciences or food technology.
  • Demonstrated success in technical sales and market development.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Cultural sensitivity to cater to diverse customer needs.
