H2R Technology is partnering with Volpara Health to recruit a Salesforce Functional Lead.
Volpara’s mission is to reduce the mortality and cost of breast cancer by providing clinically validated software that underpins personalized, high-quality breast cancer screening.
Volpara’s screening technology enables radiologists to quantify breast tissue with precision and helps technologists produce mammograms with optimal image quality with the goal of saving families lives from cancer.
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for ongoing development and management of Volpara’s Salesforce environment and will support providing tools, workflows, and automated processes for the Finance Operations, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams. Volpara is a global leader in the MedTech domain and has ambitious growth plans with this role being critical in enabling this success.
Experience Required:
- Intermediate (minimum of 2 years) experience in developing Salesforce solutions and at least 5 years’ experience in administering Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Revenue Intelligence preferred.
- Experience with integrations, including customer data integrations
- Experience with SaaS products and revenue modules as well as working in a globally distributed organization.
- Experience working in a structured environment delivering IT services, ideally based on ITIL.
- Demonstrable experience in running integrated IT projects and leading/enforcing change control policies.
- Experience with Marketing platforms and ServiceNow is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related area is preferred but not essential.
Volpara currently has an internal Salesforce Admin and support partners with this role taking ownership of the environment identifying solutions that align with business solutions.
You will support road mapping, prioritisation, and delivery of features that enhance processes and workflows collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders internally.
