Finance Recruitment Consultant – Auckland CBD
End-to-End Role | Relationship-Driven Environment
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected agency based in the heart of Auckland CBD. They’re looking for an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team.
This is a true 360 role, where your ability to build and manage client relationships is just as important as your recruitment expertise. You’ll be working with long-standing clients across commercial and professional services sectors, placing roles such as Financial Accountants, Management Accountants, Analysts, and Finance Managers.

  • Ability to run your own desk – sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
  • A team player who takes ownership and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
