Te Tūranga | The Role
We're looking for a Senior Adviser - Organisational Development to help shape and deliver our performance framework, working closely with the OD Manager from design through to implementation. You'll also contribute to other key initiatives, with a particular focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and our employee engagement survey.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position to cover parental leave, based in either Auckland or Wellington.
He kōrero mōu | About You
- You'll bring a solid background in organisational development, with a focus on culture, engagement, and the employee experience—whether that's come through specialist OD roles or broader HR/L&D experience.
- Hands-on experience designing or refining performance management frameworks will be a real advantage.
- You know how to interpret employee engagement data and, more importantly, turn insights into practical, people-focused action.
- You're collaborative, a strong communicator, and someone who builds trust and influence across all levels of an organisation.
