About the role
Join our dynamic People and Capability team in a broad generalist role that combines operational delivery with strategic project work.
As a trusted HR business partner, you'll provide practical advice across the full range of HR matters including performance, development, employment relations, and change. You'll also lead or contribute to P and C initiatives, support internal capability building, and mentor others in the team.

Are you someone with the following?
- Broad HR generalist experience, ideally with at least five years in advisory roles
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and public sector context
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to coach and influence managers and support the development of the wider P and C team
- A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused mindset
