Senior Business Analyst - Ariba focus

Our customer is looking to implement, Ariba Contract Management which is part of a cluster of procure to pay changes including: introduction of central contract register, contract collaboration, purchase orders and invoicing.  
 
Key Deliverables for this role will be: 
 
Detailed Requirements 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document and validate requirements for the Ariba implementation. 
• Produce comprehensive documentation to guide the technical implementation. 

Testing  

• Develop detailed test scripts covering functional and user acceptance testing. 

Training Requirements 

• Identify key training needs for end users and relevant teams 
• Develop training Materials 

Data Migration Plan 

• Define a data migration strategy to transfer historical contract data  
• Conduct data cleansing validation 

We seek a BA who brings some or all of the following experience / skill-sets

• Contract management process experience
• Contract management implementation experience
• Exposure to SAP Ariba and SAP ERP would be highly advantageous – ideally Purchase Orders & Accounts Payable (ECC6)
• Strong business and technical documentation skills
• Business process manuals – MS Word/PowerPoint
• Process mapping- Visio tool

This is a contract with a May 2025 start and it will be 12mth contract to May 2026.
