Our customer is looking to implement, Ariba Contract Management which is part of a cluster of procure to pay changes including: introduction of central contract register, contract collaboration, purchase orders and invoicing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document and validate requirements for the Ariba implementation.
- Produce comprehensive documentation to guide the technical implementation.
- Develop detailed test scripts covering functional and user acceptance testing.
- Identify key training needs for end users and relevant teams
- Develop training Materials
- Define a data migration strategy to transfer historical contract data
- Conduct data cleansing validation
- Contract management process experience
- Contract management implementation experience
- Exposure to SAP Ariba and SAP ERP would be highly advantageous – ideally Purchase Orders & Accounts Payable (ECC6)
- Strong business and technical documentation skills
- Business process manuals – MS Word/PowerPoint
- Process mapping- Visio tool
