Senior IT Business Analyst | Permanent | Auckland
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that enhance business operations. Working across multiple projects, you'll be at the forefront of process transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

What you'll do: 
Working across multiple initiatives, you’ll be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to shape and deliver solutions that enhance operations and customer experience. This role involves designing solutions through process optimisation, software enhancements, and policy updates, while also defining system specifications to meet business needs and ensuring their successful implementation. You'll be accountable for:

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Business Process Optimisation
• Requirements Analysis & Solutions Design
• Change Management
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Project Leadership & Collaboration

About you:
You are a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in complex, service-oriented environments and knows how to get things done. You have experience working on large-scale projects, managing end-to-end processes, mapping business process and documenting business requirements.. You'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within IT environments (experience in Dynamics365 or other CRM implementation is highly desirable). 
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and navigate complexity.
• Expertise in workshop facilitation, process mapping, and business documentation. 
• Experience with Change Management and workshop facilitation, Use Case development, flow charting and business process re-engineering. 
• Experience in service oriented environments like healthcare or other regulated services environments is highly desirable.
