We're on the lookout for an OD professional with loads of experience in delivering employee-focused initiatives. If you're someone who thrives in a broad role, from developing and implementing people initiatives to arranging leadership days then we want to hear from you!

You'll need to be a design thinking pro, with the ability to ‘plan the work and work the plan.'

As our Senior Business Partner – Organisational Development, you'll be at the forefront of designing, planning, and implementing key organisational programs that make a real impact. Your expertise in project management, implementation, and influencing will be crucial in delivering our exciting plans for Manaaki Tāngata (DE&I), employee engagement, and talent management. Plus, you'll be a driving force in supporting our people through our vibrant culture program.

Here's what you'll be up to:

  • Lead the charge: Think big, plan smart, and implement key People programs.
  • Drive DEI and engagement: Deliver Manaaki Tāngata our action plan and engagement initiatives with flair.
  • Enhance our culture: Support and elevate our culture program to new heights.
  • Collaborate and align: Work closely with leaders to ensure everything stays on track and sustainable.
  • Coach and grow: Empower the People Experience team by sharing your wisdom and offering valuable coaching.
