Senior Business Services Co-ordinator – Permanent, Full time

Based in Wellington

The role of the Senior Business Services Co-ordinator is to support the External Assessment team with the administrative activities associated with the production, delivery and marking of the external assessments. This support particularly relates to the support required to develop assessments; administer the secure External Assessment Development Hub; and co-ordinate the workflow of the Business Support Officers in the EA team.

The Senior Business Services Co-ordinator from time to time may be required to work with other teams within the Assessment Division to support new business solutions and associated change processes.

Skills and experience

  • Proven ability to apply acquired knowledge and practical skills in order to perform tasks of some complexity in an independent manner.
  • High level of written communication skills, e.g. competency in using English grammar and vocabulary in a business context for proof reading, drafting, and writing documentation and reports.
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft products and digital assessment tools.
  • Project co-ordination skills.
