Te āheitanga: The Opportunity:
The role is a permanent, full-time hybrid position that will see you working with a diverse range of industrial and heavy industrial clients nationally. You will collaborate with clients to understand their electrical and control system requirements designing and developing electrical systems for various voltage levels to ensure optimal performance and safety. Utilising your expertise in power generation systems you will select and integrate appropriate technologies. Developing control system solutions you will automate industrial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance. You will implement SCADA and telemetry systems, ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, incorporate machine safety protocols and work closely with internal teams to deliver projects within specified time, cost and quality parameters. On offer for the successful completion of applicant is a salary of $120 K - $140 K along with a range of benefits.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako: Skills & Experience
· Tertiary qualified in Electrical Engineering with a Washington Accord Accredited degree
· 5 years + experience as an Electrical and Control Systems Design Engineer
· CPEng with Engineering New Zealand desirable
· Strong expertise across LV, MV and HV engineering
· In-depth knowledge in power generation systems, including different technologies and associated control systems.
· Proficient in designing and implementing control systems for industrial processes.
· Familiar with SCADA and telemetry systems for remote monitoring and control
· Understanding of hazardous areas and compliance with AS/NZ electrical safety regulations
· Knowledge of Machine Safety and designing electrical systems to regulated safety protocols
· Current, unrestricted NZ work rights and associated Visa
