As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect you'll play a pivotal role in developing or transforming IT systems that underpin strategic, operational, and financial success for our client's customers. In this operational, hands-on role, you will:
- Lead Technical Escalations: Act as the highest technical escalation point during steady state services, managing any service-impacting issues, major incidents, or escalations.
- Take Architectural Ownership: Serve as the technical leader overseeing and holding architectural ownership in a 24x7 enterprise customer environment.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day support, proactively manage risks, and implement ITIL-driven remediation plans that maintain peak performance.
- Spearhead the design, solution development, and integration efforts to ensure operational stability of client environments.
- Review client's logical designs, data center architectures, and overall solution blueprints before configurations, upgrades, or expansions, while maintaining comprehensive detailed technical documentation.
You bring 8+ years of experience in converged (Vblock, Dell MX) and/or hyper-converged infrastructure (VxRail). With extensive experience in architecture design, documentation, and operations within VMware vSphere environments, you are an expert with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.
Moreover, you are a natural leader with a solid grasp of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
Experience with VMware Aria Operations and VMware Site Recovery Manager, or familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Go-lang exporter development, and Kubelite on bare-metal servers is desirable but not essential.
