The Role
As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will act as a key advisor to executives and senior leaders. This role is all about delivering strategic insight, robust financial planning, and commercial analysis to support business performance and growth.
You'll be working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to:
- Lead the full financial planning & analysis (FP&A) cycle including budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning.
- Build insightful financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario planning and investment evaluation.
- Provide commercial finance support for strategic initiatives, major projects and business cases.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Support financial governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years’ experience in finance or accounting,
- A proven track record in financial planning, business partnering and commercial support.
- Strong experience with financial modelling, investment appraisal and strategic analysis.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems and driving value.
- Work closely with executives and directly impact high-profile strategic initiatives.
