About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HVAC Installation Team Leader to join the Christchurch-based install team.
This is a leadership role where you’ll not only be working on installations but also mentoring apprentices, ensuring quality standards, and supporting day-to-day operations alongside the Install and Operations Managers.

- Monday – Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm

This is a leadership role where you’ll not only be working on installations but also mentoring apprentices, ensuring quality standards, and supporting day-to-day operations alongside the Install and Operations Managers.
- Lead and carry out HVAC installations to a high standard
- Supervise site-based work and ensure team members are supported and trained
- Guide apprentices and junior installers
- Complete occasional call-backs or follow-up service visits as needed
- Maintain clear communication with clients, builders, and subcontractors
- Support internal teams with feedback and job summaries
- HVAC trade qualification with significant installation experience
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- NZ work rights required (no visa sponsorship)
