We have an opportunity to join us as a Senior Operations Administrator in our Corporate & Finance group.

This is a fixed term/secondment opportunity until Friday, 31 October 2025.

Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role

The Senior Operations Administrator role sits within the Levy Administration team and is primarily responsible for a range of processing activities and technical decisions across varied work streams for our business customers.

Your day will include receiving and gathering information from a variety of sources and channels, assessing the information against criteria and making decisions that ensure our business customers have the right information at the right time and that correct classifications are being used.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team who value self-development and the exchange of ideas to improve the invoicing experience for our business customers. This is an interesting and fast-paced role, and you'll have plenty of variety to keep you challenged and constantly learning.

The indicative salary range for this role is $61,766 - $70,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

Mōu | About you

You'll have a background in customer service where you have engaged with a wide variety of people who have differing needs and requests. You'll have experience in researching and reviewing business information and proven critical thinking skills.

Our business customer base is varied, and some situations are complex, so you'll need to be able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

You'll also bring:

  • The ability to interpret, apply and explain complex technical information.
  • A natural ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and a continuous improvement mindset towards both.
  • Initiative, proactive problem-solving skills, and a desire to provide quality customer service that is accurate, consistent, and timely.
  • Sound judgement to be self-managing and the ability to organise your day well and modify plans to meet business requirements.
