About the role: 
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Senior Programme Coordinator with solid PMO experience, for a long term fixed term contract. This role blends programme coordination with PMO responsibilities, playing a vital role in maintaining programme oversight and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
  
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in the PMO space as well as experience in:
  • Leading the coordination of multi-faceted programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and programme reporting frameworks.
  • Monitoring programme progress and performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of project governance standards, tools, and templates.
  • Maintaining oversight of programme milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across projects.
  • Assisting in resource planning and allocation in collaboration with project managers and department leads.
  • Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
