- Must have FMIS and/or HRIS implementation experience
- WFH 2 days per week
- 12 month contract
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager who has previous experience setting up a project for the implementation of FMIS or HRIS systems. Previous technical knowledge in this space is essential for the role.This high profile project is critical for the organisation.
Key tasks :
- Manage end-to-end delivery of project to ensure quality outcomes, against scope, schedule, risk and cost
- Identify actions and deliver appropriate solutions to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Risk management – ensure that the risks are identified and managed appropriately
- Maintain project plans and ensure controls are in place for project plans, milestone tracking, change control, cost, quality assurance…
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships and communications with both internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting; both financial and project hygiene reporting
- Escalate and report any issues and determine appropriate action plans.
- Manage the formal sign off for deliverables
Must have skills for this role :
- Senior stakeholder relationship skills – Executive and up to Board level
- Strong financial management
- Strong governance experience
- Highly organised and be prepared to step into any work outside the realm of a PM
