This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Senior Structural Engineer to join a well-established and growing Christchurch team. You’ll be working on a diverse mix of projects – from industrial and education through to healthcare and commercial developments – with a strong focus on new builds and earthquake assessments.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end structural design and project delivery
- Produce and review structural calculations and documentation
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination
- Manage your own workload and liaise directly with clients on design and delivery matters
- Contribute to seismic assessments and technical reporting
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a New Zealand-based consultancy
- Strong technical grounding in commercial and residential structures
- Experience with seismic/earthquake assessments
- CPEng registration (or well on your way)
- Proficiency in local building codes and standards
- Clear communication skills and ability to manage projects independently
