Our New Plymouth Service Center is looking for a Permanent Seniors Case Manager to join them on a part time basis - 0.5

What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana
As a Seniors Case Manager, you'll be working alongside our people to support superannuation clients with income and housing support, connecting them to a wide range of services and other assistance as required.
The whānau we support come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. You will build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to enhance outcomes for our community.
You will create a safe environment for our people to explore their options and determine what is most important to them. You will empower our people to take the lead in determining and achieving their goals.

What you'll need to succeed | Ko ngā mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitū
You will have proven relationship management skills to develop and maintain relationships with your peers and partner agencies to give and receive support where needed.
You will be able show examples where you have navigated complex circumstances and determine the appropriate products and services to offer individuals and whānau, aligning to our values while operating within our guiding polices and legislation, managing client information professionally and respectfully.
You will be exceptionally organised, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills. In addition to this, you will bring a high level of personal integrity and take initiative and take ownership and responsibility to follow through and deliver for the people in our community.

Be resilient: the work is fast paced and demanding. You will be highly dependable and have the grit and tenacity to show up and work hard, bringing developed strategies with you to cope with pressure, in an ever-changing environment.

Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
