This leading Auckland-based interiors specialist is renowned for delivering high-quality commercial and residential fit-out projects. The Position
As a Site Manager, you will oversee 1 or more projects simultaneously (depending on their size), ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will co-ordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage site logistics, uphold health and safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success from inception to handover.
The position is paying $120-130k dependent on experience. A vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop are provided.
Skills and Experience Required
· Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects in New Zealand
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
· Proficient in Microsoft Project and construction programming
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
· In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management best practices
· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
· Ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain a positive site culture
