Are you passionate about working with communities and making a real impact in people’s lives? Tāmaki Regeneration Company is a values-led organisation looking for a dedicated and people-focused Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our Social Transformation work programme, as well as provide support to the team’s Shared Home Ownership initiative.
In this role, you’ll provide coordination, reporting, and operational support across a range of projects. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Affordable Housing Manager, and wider team – helping keep projects on track, managing key relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, project plans, and key milestones
- Tracking progress and supporting reporting for stakeholders, the senior leadership team, and the Board
- Managing programme data, contracts, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
- Supporting Household Advisors with sales and administration for the Shared Home Ownership programme
- Assisting with the delivery of Own It workshops and maintaining strong internal communication
- Liaising with partners and the PMO to align project delivery
- Identifying and escalating any project risks or constraints
You will bring:
- Proven experience in coordination, administration, or operational support
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence in managing multiple workstreams and priorities
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation
- A passion for social impact and affordable housing
