About the Role:
This project focuses on implementing a workplace management tool to optimise workspace assets like desks, meeting rooms, lockers, and carparks. Currently, these are managed through manual, non-centralised processes, and the goal is to introduce a structured, efficient system to support workplace flexibility.

Key Deliverables:

• Review vendor design
• Finalise and submit SaaS design for approval
• Assess if additional updates are needed to architecture documentation
• Support the project through deployment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in solution architecture strategy and delivery
• Ability to analyse existing information and complete discovery work
• Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills
• Experience in large NZ government environments
• Knowledge of APIs, identity/credential management, and Microsoft 365

This role requires a NZ citizen or permanent resident.
