We're seeking an experienced Specialist Operator to join our elite asphalt paving team. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate specialized paving machinery to lay and finish asphalt surfaces with precision and skill.
- Ensure every project meets or exceeds industry standards for smoothness, durability, and safety.
- Work closely with our expert team to deliver projects on time and to client specifications.
- Use your expertise to troubleshoot and make real-time adjustments to maintain paving quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Full Class 1 license with WTR endorsement
- A safety-first attitude
- Experience operating heavy machinery e.g. Diggers, Pavers, Rollers, Graders, Loaders, Tractor Brooms etc
- Team player
- Physically fit - this role includes labouring as well.
- Grow and develop in a supportive team.
