We're on the lookout for skilled and experienced Steel Fixers to join our hard-working team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment working on precast concrete panels.
If you're physically fit, not afraid of a tough day's work, and know your way around steel and concrete, we want to hear from you.

🔨 What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in steel fixing, especially in precast concrete panel work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Happy to get your hands dirty – this is a physically demanding role
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Strong understanding of health and safety on site
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done

✅ Duties Will Include

• Cutting, bending, and tying rebar to required specifications
• Assembling steel reinforcement for precast concrete panels
• Installing mesh and spacers for accurate concrete cover
• Ensuring correct placement and securing of steel reinforcement
• Using hand and power tools to shape and secure rebar
• Working closely with other trades and supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Adhering to all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Keeping work area clean and organized

• Outdoor role – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Some heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks
• Must bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude
