About the Role:
This role sits within the residential team and can accomodate an Intermediate to Senior level Structural Engineer. You’ll work closely with the Structural Manager to lead project delivery, support the team, and oversee a steady stream of new work across the residential sector.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Lead a variety of projects — from complex structural alterations to architecturally designed homes
  • Partner with the Structural Manager to shape delivery standards and mentor the team
  • Play a key role in the growth of their internal platform, including expansion into Auckland
  • Engage directly with clients, ensuring quality, buildable, code-compliant outcomes
  • Help drive both technical delivery and the evolution of how residential engineering is provided
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor of Engineering from a NZ university (or Washington Accord equivalent)
  • CPEng with Engineering New Zealand (or working toward it)
  • 5+ years’ structural engineering experience, ideally with strong residential expertise
  • Strong knowledge of NZ building codes and standards
  • Proven ability to lead projects, mentor others, and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
