What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging senior white-collar engineering candidates
- Screening and qualifying professionals for key opportunities
- Writing professional job ads and candidate briefs
- Building talent pools and nurturing long-term relationships
- Working closely with the Director to support delivery on existing client needs
- Prior experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
- High level of communication and confidence to pick up the phone
- A genuine interest in people and a relationship-first approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
- Part-time hours or full time offered (ideal for school hours, negotiable)
- Hybrid working – mix of office (Ponsonby) and remote
- Full training and support if you’re new to the engineering sector
