Team and Project Administrator – Digital and Community Engagement Service, Starship Child Health
- Full time, fixed-term position (12 months)
- Based in Greenlane Clinical Centre
- Salary range $70,000 to $78,000 p.a. (based on experience)

About the role
Our Digital and Community Engagement Service team are looking to recruit a passionate Team and Project Administrator to support the Poutokomanawa/Director and leadership team. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own as you work alongside a growing leadership team who are committed to Māori and Pacific health equity.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration, communication, and organisational skills. Often acting as the first point of contact for the service, we are looking for someone who is people-focused, proactive, and committed to contributing to a positive team environment.
About the Service
Starship’s Digital and Community Engagement service is continually transforming and is dedicated to upholding and actualising Te Tiriti o Waitangi and championing Māori and Pacific health equity. The service supports community, policy and advocacy, and digital engagement across the breadth of Starship, Te Toka Tumai’s services, as well as Safekids Aotearoa, with a focus on haumarutanga and Pae Ora of mokopuna and whānau.
About you
To be successful you will have:
- Administrative experience (minimum 2 years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with calendar and email management, document management, data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Self-motivated and adaptable.
- Takes ownership of role and continually looks for opportunities to improve.
- Fosters positive relationships with leadership, team, and stakeholders.
