Counties Manukau is seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Leader to drive excellence in cancer support psychology and social work services based at Middlemore Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, shaping the delivery of integrated, patient-centred care.
What You'll Do
- Lead a dedicated team of Psychologists and Social Workers who provide care for our vulnerable cancer patients
- Coordinate service activities to align with local and regional initiatives
- Support workforce development and professional growth
- Ensure best-practice clinical service delivery
- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and collaboration
What We're Looking For
- A registered psychologist clinician with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a health service, including 2 years in cancer care
- Proven leadership skills within multidisciplinary teams
- A passion for patient advocacy and holistic care
