- This is a leadership role first and foremost
- Lead by example by providing the highest standard of customer service
- 3 permanent full-time direct reports (this may increase temporarily during campaigns)
- You'll coach, mentor, manage KPIs, and keep the energy high, even when things shift quickly (which they do often!).
- During busy times you'll be happy to jump on the phones too
- You’ll report directly to the GM and work closely with Marketing, external clinical partners, and the wider team to make sure you’re recruiting the right patients, fast, and with care.
- The success of your team plays a vital role in the overall success of the organisation.

- You’re detail-focused, enthusiastic, and can adapt at lightning speed when things change.
- You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump on the phones during busy periods
- Have led a Sales or outbound contact/call centre team
- Are confident digging deeper—asking the right questions and coaching others to do the same
- Keep calm under pressure and love working in a fast-paced environment
- Love processes, people, and purpose
- Are a “team-first” leader who brings positive energy to work each day
- $90K–$100K base + potential for a quarterly bonus based on KPIs

A bit about Toni, who's recruiting this role
Being the eldest of 9 siblings, I naturally fall into and love the role of nurturer and mentor and I certainly know how to roll with the punches and have a good laugh. Outside whanau and mahi, my happy place is the African continent, searching for new adventures and wild animals.
