About this role | Mō tenei tūrana mahi
We are recruiting a Level 1 Team leader for our Supported Recovery team, you will be responsible for guiding a new team of Recovery Coordinators.
Your role will be to empower your team to deliver proactive, efficient, and supportive services to our clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support for effective rehabilitation and a successful return to independence.
Your team will be composed of individuals dedicated to advancing our clients' rehabilitation journey, providing support to clients, providers, and employers in a team-based approach.

- Level 1 Salary: $101,208 - $119,161 (plus 9% superannuation).

If successful, you will be working 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm.

This is not a developing Team Leader position - we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one. Ideally you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading or influencing client facing teams.
- Experience in leading or supporting initiatives or projects in Service Delivery
- The ability to think strategically and communicate your "big picture" ideas.
- Experience maintaining team motivation through periods of change and ambiguity.
- A real passion for leadership, and the drive to succeed.
