About the role
In this meaningful and varied role, you’ll be focused on ensuring all stakeholders and clients of this not-for-profit organisation are well supported through a combination of hands-on and leadership duties and continuously providing a welcoming environment.

In addition, you will work alongside the GM forming strong relationships, completing financial and facility upkeeping duties, and ensuring all H&S policies are followed.

This role will offer you the ability to review and reorientate various processes and services and connect in with the wider organisation across New Zealand to ensure all needs are met consistently throughout the country.

Duties

  • Provide leadership to a small team of Advisors.
  • Ensure the facilities are running efficiently and effectively through the delivery of excellent service.
  • Support the running of programmes and refer clients to the correct area of support.
  • Participate in monthly meetings to deliver the best service possible.
  • Facilitate good relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
  • Work alongside the financial team in planning and budgeting.


Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have a high level of communication skills including the ability to empathise with others. You will be a critical member of the team bringing a positive attitude and willingness to help in all capacities. Coming from a background in healthcare, the candidate will be able to offer additional support to the organisation through answering queries and offering advice. In addition to this, the successful candidate must have the following:

  • Current registered healthcare professional.
  • Experience in a team lead / supervisory role.
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate complex situations and seeks practical solutions to problems.
  • Is comfortable creating new processes and structures.
  • Proven leadership qualities including flexibility, discernment and the ability to make sound decisions.
