- Permanent full time position working Monday to Friday based within the Northern Region Continence Service, located at Greenlane Clinical Centre.
- Be part of a new team & service working collaboratively with clinical staff across the region to support patient needs.

About the Role
You will be key point of contact for patients for the on-going supply of consumable items prescribed within the Northern Region in line with the service specifications. You will ensure patients receive their products or are referred for clinical review where required.

About you
Our ideal Team Administrator will be:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Customer focused and understand the importance of bringing a professional level of quality and service in everything that you do
- Able to communicate via multiple channels, telephone, email, text message with a diverse customer
- Team Player who actively contributes to a positive work environment
- Ability to take care of own physical and mental wellbeing, and have the stamina needed to go the distance
- Drive to provide the highest standards of professional behaviour through commitment, loyalty and integrity
- Embrace change and improvement opportunities
