Job Description
Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst / Developer to support and enhance key business systems, with a focus on either Appian (workflow and case management) or Qualtrics (customer feedback and insights). This role combines business analysis with technical delivery, requiring someone who can engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs and then design and build effective, automated solutions.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with either Appian or Qualtrics, along with a strong understanding of process design, automation, and system usability. They will be confident working across both technical and non-technical teams and able to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly tools.
Key focus areas include:
- Redesigning workflows to reduce manual handling and increase automation
- Improving the usability and performance of existing platforms
- Highlighting key priorities and surfacing important tasks
- Supporting enhancements and integrations across ICT systems
- Delivering practical, low-code or scripted solutions where appropriate
