About the Role This role covers the Canterbury region, supporting both long-standing clients and the strategic growth of new business opportunities. Approximately 30–40% of your time will focus on acquiring new clients. You'll be responsible for managing your region effectively and representing the company across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Deliver tailored packaging solutions across various sectors including construction, manufacturing, and logistics
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and pricing
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service
- Uphold health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate reporting to monitor performance and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in B2B territory sales or account management
- Background in packaging or related sectors (manufacturing, print, freight, etc.)
- Self-motivated and confident working independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
- NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa
- Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
- Competitive base salary + commission
