  • Permanent, part time working Fridays 7.30am to 4pm
  • Older Adults and Home Health Service

About the Role

As a Ward Clerk, your warm, welcoming and friendly manner will ensure our patients, clients and staff receive the best customer service possible. Duties include meeting & greeting patients and their families and providing clerical support to our clinicians.

This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers collective agreement and is mapped to role profile 3C.

About you

In addition to a positive attitude and excellent communications skills, you have accurate data entry skills and are competent in PIMs, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Discretion, cultural sensitivity and an awareness of cultural diversity are second nature to you. Experience in customer service is a must and experience in an administrative or reception based role will be looked on favourably.
