Job Description
Our client, a global leader in supply chain and logistics, is looking for an experienced warehouse administrator with excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a logistics/warehousing environment to join their team. This is a full-time temporary assignment based in Ngauranga Gorge, Wellington. Applicants must be based in Wellington with the right to work here.
The Role
Working as a warehouse administrator you will be working on the warehouse floor, entering data into the system, pick & pack when required and work independently to get the job done.
Your duties will include:
- Data entry
- Maintaining and updating internal systems/database
- RF Scanning
- Stock/inventory management
- Pick and pack orders
- Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Previous administrative experience within a logistics/warehousing environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask & problem solve.
