Warehouse Supervisor to join a small team based in East Tamaki.
$80,000 p/a | Day shift | Monday - Friday
Hands-on role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a small Distribution team in East Tamaki. You will be joining an international company with plans of growth in the pipeline.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, this includes working on the floor alongside the team and ensuring the efficient management of all stock.
This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a small team and uphold high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Be a collaborative leader
• Show initiative and make the role your own
• Be AP Accredited
• Hold a Reach Forklift Certificate and have experience operating the Reach Forklift
• Hold a Full Drivers Licence
• Be able to read spreadsheets and provide reporting
• Have Computer capabilities – using a CRM (Pronto is the CRM they use)
