To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in an office support or comparable role is preferred - ideally with a focus on facilities/technology/logistics
- A fantastic attitude towards your workplace and enjoy contributing towards a positive and engaged work culture
- A strong customer focus and the ability to think on your feet
- A collaborative working style and can work independently
- The desire and ability to build strong relationships across the business
- Sound knowledge of technology - laptops, mobile phones, Microsoft office 365 suite - preferably experienced with MS Teams/Zoom
- A full clean NZ drivers license
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
