About the Role:

We’re looking for someone to join the team on a temp basis for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. This Monday-Friday, full-time position is based close to Auckland Airport, offering free parking onsite. The role involves working with XML data and supporting the maintenance of technical documentation and records.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Writing and editing XML files.
  • Assisting with the filing of work packages.
  • Supporting the maintenance of logbooks in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Managing and receiving technical data.
  • Assisting with off-site storage and retrieval of aircraft records.
  • Updating technical document databases.
  • Issuing monthly reports and handling data change requests.
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets and reports as directed.

About You:
  • Proficient in XML writing and editing digital files.
  • Experience in document control, data input, and editing is essential.
  • Aviation experience is not required, but would be a bonus.
  • Able to start immediately and commit to the temp role for at least 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally, you’ve worked with large document libraries or similar systems and are comfortable managing technical data.
